Juncker, himself from the small Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, was visibly annoyed as he watched the proceedings in the near empty parliamentary chamber in Strasbourg."You are ridiculous," he told the gathering called to listen to a speech by Malta's Joseph Muscat.
