I'M SOBER NOW, SO THE ANSWER IS, "RETROACTIIVE NO":
'Princeton Mom' on CNN (Elahe Izadi, December 12, 2014, Washington Post)
Susan Patton -- or "Princeton Mom," as she's now known -- got herself booked on CNN Thursday to talk about rape. It went as you'd probably expect. [...]Anyway, Patton is still saying things that many people find objectionable. On Thursday, when CNN's Carol Costello asked Patton about campus rape, she responded: "What makes this conversation so particularly prickly is the definition of rape. It is no longer when a woman is violated at the point of a knife or gun. What we're really identifying as rape is a clumsy, hook-up melodrama."
