Obama administration delays decision on Keystone XL pipeline (David Lauter and Lisa Mascaro, April 18, 2014, LA Times)
The Obama administration has delayed a decision on the controversial Keystone XL pipeline project, perhaps until after November's midterm election.
They're already going to get killed on turnout and can't afford to alienate the base further just before the Midterm.
