...AND FASTER...:

Visiting Iran, Erdogan looks to double trade (YIFA YAAKOV AND AP January 30, 2014, Times of Israel)

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Tehran on Wednesday for a two-day state visit, and inked three trade deals with the Islamic Republic.

The agreements include reductions in tariffs on 220 Turkish industrial products and on Iranian food products, and come amid an easing of economic sanctions on Iran, as part of an interim deal with Western powers.

Turkey and Iran aim to more than double the current levels of trade between the countries, going from $13.5 billion (9.9 billion euros) in 2013 despite strained relations to $30 billion (21.9 billion euros) in 2015, Erdogan said Wednesday.
