AND WE'RE THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU:

Between working full time and two kids playing hockey, I don't have as much time to blog as several years ago.  But you all make it enjoyable to banter back and forth about the issues of the day.  The success of this blog has always been as much about the comments sections as the posts and we thank you for that.

We hope everyone travels safely and enjoys some time with family and friends.  For all the bitching and moaning from the tea parties to the occupation tents, Americans have absurdly much to be thankful for and this is a good time for us all to pause and consider how picayune our gripes really are.  Hug somebody you love, stuff your face with turkey, stuffing and pecan pie, watch football 'til your eyes glaze over and then thank whichever relatives snuck into the greatest country God ever made.
