His decision came as another prominent Obama nominee, Nancy Killefer, withdrew from consideration to be Chief Performance Officer due to similar -- though smaller -- tax lapses.

...do they not get how bad it makes the UR that he vetted the guy so poorly, was unbothered by being lied to, and then needed to be told by the perp that the nomination was going down?
