Biden Signals Firm Stance Toward Russia (YOCHI J. DREAZEN, 2/07/09, WSJ)

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden called for pushing the "reset button" on America's troubled relationship with Russia, but proceeded to lay out a series of positions that could strain those ties even further—including a continuation of the Bush administration's missile-defense plans.
