Investors weren't spooked in October, and gave thanks in November. The last two months were the best for major stock indexes since the start of the year.

The S&P 500 has climbed 6% over the last two months to a three-year high. The Nasdaq has climbed 12%, hitting a three-year high on Friday morning.

Meanwhile, the market enjoys extensive and broad leadership, with dozens and dozens of quality stocks breaking out to news highs.

Oil and metal stocks have pulled back as commodity prices slide.

You can't help but make money betting against the folks who think we're running out of commodities.
