FIGHTING THE WRONG ENEMY:
Suicide bomber kills Israeli woman (Duncan Hooper, 04/02/2008, Daily Telegraph)
A group linked to Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah movement has claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing that killed an Israeli woman in the town of Dimona. At least seven other people were injured in the attack at a shopping centre in the southern Israeli town, which houses the country's nuclear research reactor. Police shot a second bomber before he could activate his device.
Hours after the attack, Israeli aircraft struck a car in the northern Gaza Strip, killing a senior commander in the Hamas-affiliated Popular Resistance Committee. [...]
The last suicide bombing in Israel occurred on Jan. 29, 2007, when a Palestinian attacker killed three Israelis at a bakery in the southern Israeli city of Eilat.
Before that blast, there had been no suicide bombings in Israel for nine months.
As Israeli intelligence has said, Hamas has pretty good at making sure there are no attacks on Israel since it won the elections. Posted by Orrin Judd at February 4, 2008 8:31 AM
...except for the hundreds of Kassam rockets that have been fired from Gaza.
But you are right to disregard them, since they do not fit the Juddean narrative.
And while we're at it, we can also stress that the reason why Hamas isn't attacking Israel (even though they are) is because they're too busy fixing roads and digging sewers (even if they aren't). What real difference can one more fiction make, anyway?
Keep that narrative flowing!
