...there's a sign up at the post office telling you that they have two different sized boxes specifically for shipping maple syrup to the flatlanders.

OJ - So send me some syrup! (When the Other Brother was posted at Ft. Irwin in the late 1980's, your grandmother used to send us 4 or 5 jugs a year...I think I finally used up the last of it a year or 2 ago....).

We've got plenty of fresh home made maple syrup here in Michigan & Ohio.

BTW, Canada does good syrup, too. Their best product since that Bellow fella.

Not to worry. They're vegetarians. And, in any event, their beaks aren't as large as the name suggests.
