THAT'S A BIT OVER THE TOP:

Schumer: Samuel Alito Like Rosa Parks (Newsmax, 10/31/05)

[Senator Charles] Schumer said "Alito, like Rosa Parks, can make history simply by virtue of where he sits.”

It's a little early to call him another Rosa Parks.

A week ago when Chuckie said there weren't the votes to confirm, some of the screechers gleefully took that as good news, as proof that their cause was winning. And it turns out they were both right. So how can they now turn against one of their own?
