DAILY DOUBLE:

Obama Campaign Aims at Palin’s Speech, Experience (Kate Phillips, 9/03/08, NY Times)

[Said Robert Gibbs, a top strategist for the Obama campaign]: “ Look, if executive experience is really important on the Republican side, maybe she should run for president and John McCain should run for vice president.”

Bingo! He not only concedes that executive experience is unimportant on the Democrat side but that Ms Palin is the most qualified in that regard on either ticket.
